Roles We Deploy
Quality Inspector
Supports in-process, final, and first article inspections in accordance with AS9100, customer flowdowns, and drawing requirements. This role is typically deployed to stabilize production, clear backlogs, or support audits and deliveries.
Quality Engineer
Provides hands-on quality engineering support across inspection planning, nonconformance management, root cause analysis, corrective actions, and customer compliance.
This role is execution-focused and embedded with the production environment—not a paper-only function.
Typical engagements:
Project-based quality engineering, audit preparation, RCCA/CAPA support, and production stabilization.
Fractional Quality Manager
Delivers leadership-level quality oversight without the overhead of a full-time hire. This role supports system ownership, compliance, internal audits, supplier interfaces, and customer readiness.
Typical engagements:
Fractional leadership, QMS ownership, AS9100 readiness, and quality function stand-up.
